One of the key things you must always do is keep your name in front of your customers. It's all too easy to lose a customer because they can't get in touch with you when they need your product or service or a competitor of yours is doing a better job at marketing! Once a customer has gone to a competitor, you will have an uphill struggle to get them back, so always be in front of your customers minds.
It is essential in this day and age to make sure your customers and prospective customers are kept informed about your business. You should have an email list, contact phone list and be making regular social media posts. There's no need to bombard your customers and prospects, but depending on your business, you will have a good idea of how often is just right.
